How it works
Bring five numbers
Monthly visitors, enquiries, quotes or carts, sales and repeat customers. Rough figures are fine; we use them to find the stage where most of your money leaks.
Get a ranked fix list
We price each fix in dollars of gross profit, not in clicks, and show you which one to do first and what it should cost to try.
Decide after one conversation
No forms and no sales sequence. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.
Most small businesses that feel stuck are not short of traffic. They are losing people somewhere between the first visit and the second purchase, and nobody has measured where. GrowthAgency.ca treats your business as a funnel with five stages, puts a number on each one, and fixes the stage that costs you the most gross profit before spending another dollar on reach.
The five stages we measure
Every sale you make passes through the same five gates. We give each one a conversion rate, because a rate tells you where to work and a total does not.
| Stage | Question it answers | Typical metric |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Reach | Do the right buyers see you? | Qualified visits, impressions in your market |
| 2. Enquiry | Do they raise their hand? | Visit-to-enquiry rate (calls, texts, emails, carts) |
| 3. Response | Do you reply before they move on? | Median reply time, share answered same day |
| 4. Sale | Do conversations become revenue? | Enquiry-to-sale rate, average order value |
| 5. Repeat | Do customers return or refer? | Repeat rate within 12 months, referrals |
Owners usually know stage 1 and stage 4 by feel. Stages 2, 3 and 5 are where the quiet losses sit. The growth strategy and funnel audit is how we measure all five in a few weeks.
A worked example you can redo with your own figures
Say a Canadian business gets 4,000 qualified visits a month. 2% of them enquire, which is 80 enquiries. 30% of those become customers, so 24 sales, at an average gross profit of $600. That is $14,400 of gross profit a month.
Now look at what one point of improvement is worth at each stage:
- Double the traffic to 8,000 visits: 48 sales, +$14,400 a month, but paid reach rarely doubles cheaply.
- Lift the enquiry rate from 2% to 3% on the same traffic: 120 enquiries, 36 sales, +$7,200 a month.
- Lift the close rate from 30% to 40% by replying faster and following up: 32 sales, +$4,800 a month.
- Get 15% of buyers back for a second order: another 3.6 sales, roughly +$2,160 a month, and it compounds.
The middle three changes usually cost far less than doubling ad spend. That is the whole argument for full-funnel work: the cheapest growth is often already in your inbox. Our funnel math guide walks through this step by step with a template.
Strategy and execution under one roof
Advice that nobody carries out is a document. Execution without a plan is busywork. We do both, in that order.
- Growth strategy and funnel audit: the measured map and the ranked fix list
- Demand generation: search, paid media and content aimed at buyers you can afford
- Conversion rate optimization: page and offer changes, tested properly
- Lead handling, CRM and follow-up: faster replies and consent-based follow-up
- Analytics and growth reporting: one scorecard that ties spend to profit
The services overview explains which to start with, depending on which stage is weakest.
The Conv.ca method, applied to the whole funnel
Ali Sedighi founded Conv.ca, the group's conversion-rate optimisation agency. Its process runs in four named steps: research and analysis, strategy development, implementation, then testing and refinement. We apply the same discipline beyond the landing page, to your reply times, your quotes and your repeat business. Every change starts as a written hypothesis with a number attached, and it is judged against that number, not against anyone's taste.
Results from our HVAC work
Our published case studies come from HVAC and heating companies, where the method was built and measured. We present them as results from our HVAC work, not as results in your industry. HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. CombiBoiler.ca reached 300% ROI and 300+ monthly leads. BCWide.ca delivered 3× leads in 90 days. What transfers to other sectors is the habit of measuring each stage and fixing the weakest one; the results page explains what does and doesn't carry over.
Five signs the problem is not traffic
Before you buy more reach, check whether one of these is true in your business. Each one points to a stage further down the funnel.
- Your phone rings, but nobody can tell you how many of those calls became jobs or orders.
- Enquiries that arrive after 5 p.m. or on weekends wait until the next working day for a reply.
- Quotes go out and nobody follows up unless the customer calls back.
- You have hundreds of past customers and have never contacted them on purpose.
- Your ad account reports conversions, but they don't match the sales in your books.
If two or more sound familiar, extra spend on reach will mostly pour into the same leaks.

Frequently asked questions
What is GrowthAgency.ca?
GrowthAgency.ca is a Canadian business consulting and growth service for small and mid-sized businesses. The brand runs out of Vancouver, BC, under the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, and its funnel work is directed by Ali Sedighi, MBA.
What does full-funnel actually mean here?
It means we look at every step between a stranger and a repeat customer: being found, enquiring, getting a reply, buying and coming back. Most agencies sell one of those steps. We measure all of them and spend your money on the weakest one first.
Do you only give advice, or do you do the work?
Both. We write the plan and then build the pages, run the campaigns, set up the tracking and run the tests. You can also hire us for strategy only and let your own team carry it out.
How much does it cost?
Consulting starts at $175 per hour, defined projects start at $3,500, and monthly retainers start at $2,500, plus GST/HST based on your province. The first 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation.
Can you promise a certain amount of growth?
No. Nobody honest can. We can show you the arithmetic behind each recommendation, the published results from our HVAC work, and exactly how we will measure progress each month.
Do you work with businesses outside British Columbia?
Yes. We work with owners in all 10 provinces and 3 territories, meeting by video call or in person and working by phone, text and email. Each region page covers the language, privacy and consumer rules that shape marketing there.
